Ive been tinkering with a valyrian culture mod for ck3 (just for me) and i was wondering if there was a way to implement targaryen exceptionalism for a dynasty. Preferablyin a way that is gained by a decision, trait or some such. The dynasty will be catholic wich opposes sibling marriage. I know AGOT had something similiar.

If anyone has any suggestion they would be most appreciated.
