Hiring commission-only appointment setters — soccer mentorship niche — 20% commission, no ceiling
I’m the founder of FP by Aramayo, a premium 1-on-1 soccer mentorship platform. I’m a professional footballer and national team player and I built this to give serious young players the development system and career guidance I wish I had coming up.
The platform is growing and I need appointment setters to help me connect with the right families.
What the role is:
Your job is to find serious soccer players aged 12–20 and their parents, have genuine conversations, and book them into a paid $97 Player Assessment session with me. That’s your entire objective. I handle the call and close them into a program after.
The outreach is social media based — Instagram DMs, Facebook groups, and TikTok. Facebook groups are particularly effective for this niche because soccer parents are extremely active there and constantly asking questions about development and recruiting. You don’t need to be a soccer expert — you need to be good at conversations and consistent with outreach.
What you earn:
20% of everything the client spends in their first month. Programs run $249–$497/month so the math looks like this:
• Assessment only ($97) → $19.40
• Assessment + Develop ($249/mo) → $69.20
• Assessment + Compete ($349/mo) → $89.20
• Assessment + Elite ($497/mo) → $118.80
No ceiling. No cap. Paid monthly. Tracked transparently in a shared Google Sheet.
What I provide:
A full briefing document covering exactly who to target, where to find them, word-for-word outreach scripts for six different situations, a qualifying guide so you don’t waste time on the wrong leads, and a step-by-step booking process. You’ll know exactly what to do from day one.
You’ll also get a commission agreement in writing before you start so everything is clear and professional on both sides.
What I’m looking for:
• Someone comfortable doing consistent social media outreach — DMs, comments, Facebook group engagement
• Able to have real conversations rather than spamming copy-paste messages
• Self-motivated and reliable — this is fully remote and commission-only so discipline matters
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or outreach is a plus but not required if you’re hungry and willing to learn the system
• Background in soccer or sports is helpful but not necessary
What I’m NOT looking for:
• Anyone who wants a salary or guaranteed pay before results
• Anyone who will spam, pressure leads, or misrepresent the product
• Anyone who disappears after a week
