"Hello there, 

 Thank you for submitting your project deliverables. After reviewing your submission, we found that it is currently incomplete and does not meet the minimum requirements for payment."

I submitted everything completed. It said to update the work log to complete the program requirements as stated in the title. I have a completed worklog with the 30 hours correctly logged. I do not know if this is just an excuse not to compensate me. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
