Hey, I've been fighting my previous landlord for damages that I suffered as they refused to handle a mice infestation correctly. Its been almost year since my initial filing to the tenant board. The last hearing was in Feb where the adjudicator said the next hearing would be infront of a judge. Is this wait time normal? They said they would expediate my case since its been so long but the status still shows "to be scheduled". Are their any next steps I can take? Since I read this can be hurting my search to find a new apartment
