Please help 😭 after searching, I know this sub gets a lot of questions regarding this topic but I genuinely have tried all the suggestions on how to speak to a real person at Experian and none of them have helped me fix my issue.
I want to create an account so I can monitor/freeze my credit. However, after inputting all my info and even making a password and security question, the website does not allow me to create an account saying it cannot verify my identity and tells me to call customer service.
Every time I call and tell the robot the website won’t let me sign in, it tells me it cannot help and hangs up. I’ve managed to speak to a real person 2 times through the customer service line and both times got transferred back to the robot when I asked for membership help in the form of a real person (cycle continues). I’ve also called the corporate number 2x and both times also just redirected me to miss robot despite me asking them to please give me a real person.
I am at my wits end and have no idea what to do any tips are appreciated 😭
