Help me understand the NDIA grad program please
Hi! Can anyone tell me anything about what the ndia graduate program is like? I have applied this year, but am finding it hard to find information on what day to day on the job could look like/typical tasks, what team/branch you might be, what workload and support/training is like and how much flexibility there might be with work arrangements/not. If anyone has done it what would you consider some pros and cons or things you liked or disliked? Also, are most roles client facing or not?
I would be taking a significant pay cut, giving up a job with a good team culture and benefits, and adding a significant commute to my day, so trying to weigh up if the rotational opportunities and federal gov experience might be worth it in the long term to see if the style of work is a good fit for me
