MiniMax Support Is Basically Nonexistent for Paid Users

MiniMax support is honestly one of the worst support experiences I’ve had with an AI platform.

I was a paying customer (~$40 plan), accidentally deleted my account, and now I’m completely locked out with no way to recover it.

What’s crazy:

• Support emails only send automated replies

• Their support chat doesn’t seem to create actual tickets

• No human response at all

• No recovery process for paid users

• Complete silence from the company

I’ve tried:

• Email support

• Website support/chat

• Looking for Discord/community moderators

Nothing worked.

And judging from Reddit, this kind of “pay first, support later (or never)” experience seems to be becoming common across AI platforms lately.

I genuinely like MiniMax models, which makes this even more frustrating. Great models, terrible support experience.

Has anyone actually managed to reach a real person from the MiniMax team or recover a deleted account?
