Avis has promised me via email at least 3 times that they are giving me a rental credit worth of two days and every time I ask for the proof or for them to put it on my account, nothing happens. I've followed up via email about 5x... phone calls do nothing. The customer service reps say they cant see it or help me and then fake put me on hold and then just mute me for 40 minutes until I inevitably hang up. its bulls92484$$%*!! Any help would be appreciated
