hi!! im not a complete newbie to the weight loss circuit (i had an ed for quite a while, so i know about calories in, calories out, etc.) but i do have a trip coming up in july that i’d like to be more toned for!! i gained weight back after losing it unhealthily, so im now 148lbs at 5’6.
i can only work out at home, as the nearest gym is VERY expensive and i dont have the money for a membership. i do have a bunch of different weights and bands and fitness equipment because of my mom, who’s a fitness instructor.
I don’t want to lose weight, really. I just want to lose a bit of body fat and tone myself up. I just want more shape, maybe a bit of overall body fat loss. I don’t want to get way skinnier, just gain shape and feel less boxy. grow thighs, grow glutes, lose upper body fat, stuff like that.
any advice on at home exercises, nutrition, meal plans, routines, anything that could help is greatly appreciated!!
