Tried printing a Benchy with TPU and it completely messed up

Print failing
So I was printing this figure, and the print was going great, but once the last 1/4 if the figure hit, the print just starting messing up. The nozzle was dragging the filament around and broke the ears off, and made a gap in the body (2nd image).
After I cleaned it up, make the nozzle higher up, and unpaused it, it worked fine.
Any tips?

TPU settings for base model Neptune 4
I'm starting to print in TPU but Idk what temp to put the nozzle and build plate at
For PLA I'm currently at 220 for the nozzle and the base plate is at 60
Any tips are appreciated
