my second loaf ever!
i used
100g starter
325ml water
520g flour
10g salt
mixed, left alone for an hour before starting my stretch and fold + coiling every 30 mins 4 times
then left it to continue BF for 3 hours (i left it for a little too long, it’s hot where i live i should have left it for 2.5 hours)
then cold proof overnight and bake.
it’s not perfect, but it’s my first actually edible sourdough loaf!
i also didn’t bake it using a dutch oven, i just placed some water in a dish and bake the loaf. is that why my loaf have no “ear” that most sourdough loaf have? i’d like to get it looking super aesthetic.
it tasted amazing though! and soft and airy too 🫶🏻
