Endo or cysts?

I’ve been living with a lot of symptoms for over two years now. I’ve been to rheumatologist, dermatologist, endocrinologist, allergist, pcp, dentist, gastro….everyone says I’m fine! Except allergist who told me my eczema I had as a baby is being triggered by something he thought autoimmune. Told me not to give up.

I did randomly remember that ten years ago I had an almost two inch multilocular cyst on my left ovary that they wanted to surgically remove but when they went to get rid of it, it had burst on its own. So I called my gyno and said based on that (and then discovering my family history that no one told me until I brought this up- gma had hysterectomy for Endo, aunt had hysterectomy for Endo, cousin and aunt have pocs, aunt has uterine cancer) and she ordered an ultrasound and transvaginal.

The tech said the pelvic ultrasound looked fine but I asked to do the transvaginal to be 100% sure because I’m sick of wasting time and money lol he tells me my uterus lining is thick, my uterus is curved and shaped oddly (said might be fibroid pushing it or something) and then finds a cyst that is deflating on my left ovary. Says it is big enough that he has to note it. Isn’t sure but looks like a corpus luteum. I get my results from radiologist back and it all says normal and no mention.

I go to gyno and tell her everything and she says what? I have to report this tech. He’s not supposed to say anything. And the radiologist said it’s fine. I said okay but there was a cyst- could I be getting large cysts that are causing my terrible Bloating, mood swings, GI problems, eczema, random sharp pains in pelvic area every now and then, nausea, fatigue, tender joints, horrible periods, etc etc etc

She says no. They don’t occur monthly anyway so no. Then I said can you tell from the images if it’s multilocular or follicle cyst after it’s ruptured? And she said no.

She said I may have Endo but it’s super hard to diagnose. I’m getting hormone testing on Tuesday but I am just really annoyed and confused here. She said everyone gets cysts. I’m like uhhh okay? If I’m saying I have problems why wouldn’t we find out what kind of cyst or delve further?

It’s the same ovary as ten years ago. I requested the scan because I had a feeling I had another and I was right. That doesn’t mean anything? Idk

People tell me thoughts please or what steps you took etc!!! Thank you in advance!!!!
