Hey guys. I recently started learning about black holes, so apologies if this comes off as a stupid question. I haven't been able to find a satisfactory answer to this anywhere on the internet, so asking here:
We know that space time curves around the event horizon & that ultimately everything around a black hole - space, time & even light follows that curvature & flows into the singularity.
But if light is going into the singularity, why can't we observe it?
TIA.
