Pc Randomly crashes while in certain games

Useful title, i know, but it's going to be a lengthy description so brace yourselves. Also, "Hardware" flair is just guesswork on my part.

So, my PC tend to crash (got it for five months, been doing that for that long) when I'm playing certain games. List of games where I've noticed crashes is located at the bottom of this post.

The crash itself appear simple, my screen freezes, no sound, no mouse feedback, no keyboard functions (Maj key doesn't light up the LED, integrated RGB no longer react to input). Only way to get my pc to respond is to manually power off and on again. Weirdly, the RGB lights in my keyboard and PC are still running, so are my fans.

Monitoring doesn't register the crash other than a "Windows powered-down unexpectedly" and "Windows didn't power-down cleanly".

Basic troobleshooting made me check my drivers, make sure everything was up to date, including flashing the firmware on my motherboard to the most recent version (which it wasn't for some reason).

I've been trying to solve that problem for five months now, and reddit is my last solution. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with a Kernel crash, but I can't get any logs and I'm not savy enough to go further.

Component's list :
- Motherboard is Tuf Gaming B450M Plus by Asus (Latest firmware)
- Graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti (8 Go) (Tried both latest Game ready and studio updates, no changes).
- Processor is AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor (3.40 GHz)
- Ram is 2X16GB
- PSU is an MSI MAG A650BNL of 650W
On paper, everything should work.

List of games (and conditions) includes :
- Rimworld (Game can run for hours in menus, or in game proper so long as time is paused, but crashes in-game when time is running after a couple of minutes at best).
- Raid Shadow Legends (Yeah, I know, anyway game crashes when I'm going for long battles, more than 10 minutes, including consecutives battles)
- Stellaris (Often crashes in Empire creation menu which is...weird ? I mean it's the only place in the game where it doesn't draw on your processor...also crashes randomly during gameplay)
- Total War (All of them but Warhammer 3, game crashes after a new game starts, basically a couple of minutes)
- Baldur's Gate 3 (Crashes either in menus or during gameplay at random intervals, sometimes I can get an hour, sometimes i can barely load a game.)
- Cyberpunk 2077 (Crashes in the menu, never in-game, I can play as long as I want but if I linger too long (read more than a few seconds) on the main menu ? Crash)
- Space engineers (Never crashes in menus, always crash after five to eight minutes of gameplay, even in an empty world in which I didn't move or construct anything.)

If anyone can give me any advice (other than change your PC), I would thank you very much.
