We're mixing things up this week and focusing primarily on community feedback. We've made several changes recently, introduced a few new recurring threads, and wanted to take a step back to hear from all of you about what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to see going forward.
As always, feel free to comment on topics not specifically covered below. If there are subjects you'd like addressed in a future Town Hall, we'd love to hear those ideas too.

We've had a lot of changes recently, and we felt that warranted a dedicated feedback thread. Our goal is to better understand what users find valuable, what isn't landing as well, and where the community would like to go next.

I moderate a sub which continues to attract unwanted attention and brigading from another sub, which is typically composed of ex posters or posters who strongly dislike the sub I moderate. Whilst we have we have sub rules in place to prevent cross-posting, mentioning other subs or Redditors (and we obviously actively moderate these rules), we can’t do anything to control the other sub and the activity there. Mod messaging has been unsuccessful in the past and I believe individual users report problematic posts. Is there any other mechanism or approach recommended?
Hi, one of the mods of a sub I mod in was removed and we’re unsure why, is it possible to understand more and additionally acquire access to mod-mail.? The new head mod is completely MIA.
