Have you lost something at Toronto Pearson?

Hey all, as travel ramps up with FIFA and the summer months, I just wanted to make a post outlining what to do if you lose something at Toronto Pearson.

Just lost something? (Past hour or so)
Any object recently found may be sent to our info counters where if there is a name on the object, you will be paged over our PA system. Other objects such as wallets or keys may be also sent over so we can page you and quickly reunite the object with you.
Info counters are located at:
Terminal 1: Arrivals level (1) near door C/international arrivals.
Terminal 3: Ground/Arrivals level near international arrivals.

All objects not retrieved from our info counters or unidentifiable, will be sent to our lost and found office and will be held for 30 days from the date that it was turned in.
On our website, there is a form that you can fill out with the details of the object. If we find it, we will sent you information about how to proceed.

Terminal 1 Ground floor between doors R and S.

Please note there are certain objects that will not be sent to our lost and found. Please check below what the exceptions are and what to do:

Passports : Please call the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) @ 905-676-3640 (T1) or 905-612-5446 (T3)

NEXUS Cards: Call the CBSA @ 905-676-3477

Anything left on an aircraft or checked baggage: Your airline’s lost baggage department.

Anything left on public transit (exception Terminal Link Train): Transit Agency’s lost item department.
