About to join B.Tech AI/ML — Want to plan for MS abroad (US, Europe, Canada, Australia) from Year 1!

I am about to enroll in B.Tech AI & ML at LNCT University, Bhopal. My main long-term goal after college is to study abroad for a Master's degree (MS) in the US, Europe (like Germany), Canada, or Australia.
Since I am starting my 1st year soon, I want to plan ahead from day one instead of waiting till final year. Would love some realistic advice from seniors or alumni:
1.College Support: How smooth is LNCT's administrative process for providing transcripts, official marksheets, and LORs (Letters of Recommendation) for foreign university applications?
2.Year 1 to Year 4 Roadmap: What should I prioritize during my 4 years to build a strong profile for abroad applications? (e.g., target CGPA, GRE/IELTS timing, coding projects, research papers, off-campus internships?)
3.AI/ML Degree Acceptance: Does doing a specialized B.Tech in AI/ML (instead of standard Core CSE) create any issues for MS admissions or degree recognition in the US or Europe (like Anabin in Germany)?
4.Direct Application vs Work Experience: Is it doable to get into good foreign universities right in the final year as a fresher, or should I aim to work for 1–2 years in India first?
