i was diagnosed with adenomyosis last year. my only symptoms are prolonged periods and birth control helped stop the bleeding. i don’t have painful periods at all and sex isn’t painful as well. i have been off birth control since december 2025. i haven’t had a single period since. not a positive ovulation test (i’ve probably taken 50) or a single positive pregnancy test (ive taken abt the same) i just want to be a mommy so bad but i do not understand how i am not ovulating or at the very least getting a period. i have really good insurance so a visit to my gynecologist will be scheduled soon it’s just that a fertility appt isn’t covered with a co-pay so i have to meet my deductible first, the appt is 300 and my deductible is 350. just waiting until i can afford the appt and any treatment i may need. anyone go through something similar? what were your experiences with clomid or letrozole? any treatment you did that helped that you didn’t know would? i want all advice or answers you may have! thank you
