After Ray Peat tan lasts longer

Last summer was my two-year no Pufa anniversary. It was also the time when I decided to build a tan after a few years of sun hatred.

First summer without sunscreen but with sun exposure in four years.

To my surprise, that became the longest-lasting tan of my life. My sun-bathing season ended in early September, but my tan all over my body lasted until the beginning of the new sun-bathing season, e.g., late April this year.

Throughout my life, my tan would last for a month, two months at most. Even when I returned from summer trips as a kid with a deep brown tan, I quickly went back to my pale self. Side note: I'm blonde, fair-skinned with blue eyes, probably II skin type.

Anyone else with some new superpowers after going the Ray Peat route?
