Urgent: PG owner cancelled my booking 10 days before college starts. Please help! 😭

I'm in a really stressful situation and could really use some help.
About a month ago, I booked a PG (double sharing)in Gokhalenagar, Pune, and paid the security deposit. Everything was confirmed. Just yesterday, my father called the owner to ask if the room would be ready because we're coming on 13th July, and she clearly said yes.
But today, she suddenly called and said she can't give me the room anymore because they're renovating the beauty parlour downstairs and want to use "my room" for storage. The strange part is that my room was on the 4th floor, so the reason doesn't really make sense. She did return my deposit, but now I'm left with no accommodation.
My college starts in 10 days, and I'm panicking. 😭
I'm looking for a safe PG for a girl near Gokhalenagar / SCAC / Deccan / Shivajinagar / SB Road or nearby areas.
Budget: As low as possible (preferably ₹5,000–₹8,000, but I can stretch a little if needed).
If anyone knows of any PGs, hostels, vacancies, or has any contacts, please let me know. Even WhatsApp numbers or leads would mean a lot.
