I’m nearing 120 qualifying payments, but like many here, I’m missing my July and August payments. I filed an ECF this week and those payments were not included, they are simply missing.

If I file a reconsideration request - and then eventually hit 120 in the meantime while it’s pending, would that pending request prevent me from filing a final ECF, or otherwise having my loans forgiven?

What is the average turn around for reconsideration requests?

Hi everyone, where can I locate my monthly pay receipts that were paid via autopay? Every month I receive a notice of autopay, but never a subsequent document confirming successful payment.

Just as the title says, if I submit a new ECF will FSA send me a letter containing updated qualifying payment counts?

My tracker is no longer displaying ineligible payments or payments needing certification, and is no longer updating paid months for July and August.
