Hey yall

I was supposed to go down to Calgary for work but I was supposed to take transit while I was there and just didn't have the money.

Now I'm back here and struggling big time.

I'm really needing some help with food and the means for transportation for work while here.

I dont get paid till end of the month.

I've contacted the food banks and such and just haven't gotten anywhere really. I got stuff that lasted enough for a day.

I'm just wondering where I can go?

I made this account strictly to ask this because i don't know where to ask

I hate that I'm writing this and it feels surreal. My father passed away and was just cremated. I'm the only child and my mom died years ago.

I didn't have a funeral for him or memorial as I couldn't afford it and it probably would have just been me there.

Anyways the funeral home called and said his remains are ready for pickup and the cost to get them is $90. I told them I didn't need a fancy urn or anything and they could just put the remains in a box like my moms in. They said this is the standard box with the bag and remains inside.

I cannot afford this right now and I just want to go pick up my dad. Is there anywhere that can cover this in the province or city? I don't get paid till end of next week but I just don't want my dad sitting there that long.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!
