So we picked up a puppy a few days ago. He got car sick on the way home from picking him up. He poops everywhere still, and he was sick again yesterday (totally fine after). And tonight, he pooped, ran and jumped in it and it was EVERYWHERE, the clean up was not fun. I am very triggered. I wore gloves, mask and showered after. I used so much antibacterial spray but my OCD is spiraling. It took so long to clean that some of it dried and I'm scared particles have gotten everywhere (walls etc).

I have a 4 year old who touches everything, rolls around on the floor with the puppy and I'm just so scared of the germs.

Any advice for me to get through the potty training without worrying as much as I am?

My partner and I are considering buying a bullmastiff/American pit bull mix puppy. I'm told his parents are both bullmastiff/pit bull mixes but they definitely look more like American pitbulls.

I have quite a few questions if anyone can answer any or all that would be amazing...

How likely is it we will have to get him exempt?

If we don't get him exempt, how likely is it he will get reported/taken and checked etc?

Will he be easy to insure?

Will he need to be exempt to insure?

Have you ever been questioned by police or council? And how did it go?

Finally, do you find people question you a lot or steer clear of you?

This is new territory for me and the law around pitbulls is so overwhelming and confusing and I want to get things right so any advice would be amazing 😊🖤🐾
