Talk me in or out of adopting this puppy

Talk me in or out of adopting this puppy

A client came in with this 4.5 month old fluffy frenchie. Long story short he’s needing to rehome her because she was a gift to his daughter but things fell through, unfortunately. Not going into details about what happened bc it’s not my business to tell.

I fell in love with her, oh my gosh. I am obsessed (an understatement). She has all of her papers, first vet visit, all shots were just done, she’s so sweet.

But…

- We weren’t looking for a dog. She found me!
- I have a 1 year old (pro and con)
- I have 2 cats
- I am aware of the unethical breeding especially for fluffy frenchies and am unsure if that should be a reason to pass
- I know she will need vet insurance due to health issues but we can afford it
- Puppies are a lot of work
- Timing isn’t ideal but I am willing to put in the work and time for her

Am I being impulsive? Should I pass up on her? Ugh, I am SO STUCK.

Severe pain post chiropractor adjustment - When should I see a doctor?

29F
190lbs
5’6”
POTS, hEDS

On Monday I got my monthly adjustment. My chiropractor uses the little tap tap gun, not manual cracking adjustments.

Right after the appointment I noticed soreness, over the next few hours turned into PAIN from my collarbone up the side/back of my neck to the base of my skull up the back of my head and shooting into my shoulder. It feels like a hard, overly tight muscle and hurts sooo bad to the touch. I have almost no range of motion with turning my head. Headache. I cannot drive, sleep, take care of my baby. Hurts to cough, talk, swallow. I have a bit of lightheadedness. It hasn’t gotten any better despite ice, moist heat, Tylenol, baths.

My mom wants me to go to the ER but I don’t think it’s an emergency room thing. But I am at my wits end this pain is driving insane
