Coherus does some good housekeeping
Restructured existing loan and pays for now interest only and gets additional $25M later on if revenue is above $35M per quarter in 2028. Value of remaining biosimilar business will be converted into CVRs. Difficult to say if there is true value but I believe it includes a patent licensed to Pfizer. The journey continues and this company continues to execute well.
