This is the second time it has now.

But basically I had a mate in 5. My opponent decided to waste 3 minutes left on their clock and run it down. Then at about 40ish second my opponent makes a move and a random move was played without me making a pre move or any move at all, causing me to lose the checkmate and get into a worse position.

I did make sure there was no pre move because I didn't know what move my opponent would make.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
