What’s the best stethoscope to use for manual BP for an ACA? The one provided is terrible but don’t want to spend loads of money

I got a 2026 cousin on sale and was thinking of changing the days and other areas so it can be used for 2027. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get stickers to make this easier?
