cable problem on FH-studio from flathead audio
Hey guys
These are my first pair of Flatheads that I've spent more than $10 on, and unfortunately I'm having the same problem I had with cheaper pairs.
The usb c connection keeps disconnecting even though the plug never actually comes out of the port. The music will randomly pause or I'll have to reconnect them several times before my phone recognizes them again.
Today I couldn't listen for more than 10 seconds without the audio cutting out or the earbuds disconnecting. I've been using them for about 7 months, around 3-4 times per week.
The issue only happens on phones. I've tried multiple different phones and the problem is the same on all of them. On my PC, they work perfectly fine.
Does anyone know if I can buy a replacement cable for these or save the cable that i have? Also, are there any tips for these cables to last longer than 6-7 months?
