A bad day at work

It’s been a month I am on the floor as a server. Learning new things everyday. It’s been going smooth so far until yesterday. I had a table of 6, took a while to order as they were waiting for two more people. Our kitchen was running horrendously slow (Maybe someone called in cause I saw our GM herself cooking in the kitchen). Some of the items came out first, I was still waiting for three more items. However, 20 minutes passed and was still waiting for the three items. The items came out first started getting dry at the kitchen window, so I ran those items to the table and came back to the kitchen to check on the other items (I was not informed that I am not supposed to bring partial items to a table until my GM yelled at me haha). Another 10 minutes passed, still waiting. In the meantime, my table asked for a manager. My GM went to check on them and obviously the guests complained about the time. The GM took off one of the three items from the check and came to me, tried to be rude as much as she could ( I totally get that) and did not even talk to me when I went to her for checking out! And the guests? Haha, left nothing but a few bucks as tips. I got really emotional at the moment but I understand the situation. Anyway, I am not complaining about anybody. It was just one of those days :)
