Anyone have any success on Velsipity or Zeposia?

I have failed almost all my other options (entyvio, infliximab, rinvoq, skyrizi, imuran etc) and my only one left is an S1P modulator. My GI is referring me to a surgeon but I really wanted to ask him if I could try out one of these before that.

Has anyone failed skyrizi but then tremfya actually worked for you?

Just the title. I’ve failed skyrizi but I’m just wondering whether or not I should go ahead with tremfya or not since they both target the same pathway?

How to reduce side effects on prednisone?

I’ve been on so many 40mg prednisone tapers countless times now in between multiple biologics and other meds that just hasn’t worked for me. I’ve been on multiple biologics over 4 years now with no luck. Unfortunately due to another severe flare, I’ve been prescribed prednisone again. I’m terrified of getting diabetes, glaucoma or osteoporosis with this, is there anything I can do to be healthy while on prednisone other than taking calcium ?

Skyrizi Query

Skyrizi - had my 3 1200mg loading doses and 4 maintenance doses at 180mg, didn’t work my doc upped me to 360mg and had my 3 doses and my 4th dose is due soon.

My symptoms improved a lot after my second dose of 360mg (completely stopped losing blood and way fewer BMs). But now my urgency is a lot worse and started losing a lot of blood.

Is there any hope that skyrizi could still work for me or is it losing its effectiveness this soon? Anyone have similar experiences? I’m very desperate any help would be a greatly appreciated!
