I have been playing around with leveling of my mlm2pro. Has anyone seen the internal sensor off a little bit and does it matter?

I set up my tripod on a flat surface and the leveling page shows about a 0.5° lean. Rotating the tripod 180° gives the same reading, and rotating just the sensor 180° (tripod untouched) also gives the same reading. If the tripod or surface were the problem, I’d expect the lean to flip to -0.5° after rotating. Since it doesn’t, does that mean the internal sensor is slightly off — and does that actually matter? I could shim for forward/back lean, but if the sensor’s off front-to-back it might be off side-to-side too, which seems like it could affect shots.

Is this a valid concern or am I overthinking this?
