Congressman Darrell Issa just introduced the Sergeant Rafael Peralta Medal of Honor Authorization Act. This Act will waive the 5 year Statute of Limitations on awarding a MOH and authorize the President to award the Medal of Honor to Sergeant Rafael Peralta.
