So I would wanna say, this happened 2 or 3 years ago. My friend was spending the night over at my house, and she wanted popcorn to watch a movie. I too did want to watch a movie, but I didn't (and still don't) like popcorn, but I made it for her anyways. Cause I'm just a good friend like that. And as I was in the kitchen, about to bring the popcorn bowl to my room where she was, I heard her call my name from the hallway.

I turn around and say, "yeah?" No response. Weird. So I turned back around and grabbed the popcorn bowl from the counter and headed back to my room. I hand the popcorn bowl to her and say, "yeah?"

And she says, "what?" I said, "you called my name?" She says she didn't. Woah, okay, that's weird....

I just suddenly got chicken hair, and my heart sank. Then, who called my name? Cause it's the middle of the night, nobody should be awake, and the voice that called my name, sounded like my friend. So I got scared, and she also got scared, but because she didn't know why I was scared. So we both got on my bed (still watched that movie btw), and were scared the whole night.

We thought it was the Wendigo, or some other creature that could copy your voice. Yes, we believed in that type of stuff.
