What do I do?
So one of my friends recently got me and another friend into Warhammer. Our friend who has been into Warhammer is playing Astra Militarum, my other friend is playing Orks and obviously I'm playing Tyranids. Right now all I have is the combat patrol and a unit of Termagants. I've only ever played one game and it was against the Orks and in terms of points I did pretty good, we actually tied. I think I could've done better with the actual fighting and keeping my units alive, but he outnumbers me just based on his combat patrol and the few things he's added, the real concern is the Astra Militarum friend. He played the Orks and destroyed them. His army is very tank heavy and we plan to battle next week and I'm honestly scared. I don't know how I'm supposed to beat him, my biggest concern is the tank. I have Hive Guards and they did really good in the Ork battle against the Killa Kans that my friend added and I think the Hive guards will do good but I know they're going to be targeted and I don't know what I can do. Is it possible for me to beat the Astra Militarum? If so what's a good strat, and what's good models to add in the future?
