My amp requires a group 27 and I have a group 24 is it still providing some sort of power?
I have a starting battery and a group 24dc - dl (700 cranking amps 140 reserve capacity). My kenwood D8105 requires a group 27 or 31. When I switch my battery switch to 1 & 2 my radio and speakers work but I’m just curious does this mean my deep cycle is contributing nothing at all or is it somewhat alleviating the draw off the starter battery?
