This was recent about the devs planning to experiment with both PvP and PvE modes.
I personally find this to be a cool inclusion since it can allow more players to come along to play the game.
Fighter having to rely on parries just for a single stun is a little unfair since it makes them way too predictable for the killers and a lot of the time, they'll always die first
Fighter should be able to perform a stun without the charges but it would be significantly weaker like it stuns for slightly less time or has a slightly higher cooldown.
This would make fighters less predictable than "oh its just a fighter, watch as he tries to parry"
Just a small suggestion to make Fighters more useful rather than them dying in the first 30 seconds of a match
