On a €2,560 monthly salary, you're only bringing home €1,526 after taxes and deductions. You could make that exact same money as a server, a postal worker, or in a ton of other jobs that don't even require higher education...

We're automating scan to plan—would you give us feedback for a first look?

Over the past 8 years, we've trained the BIMIT engine on 6,000+ manually modeled buildings--supporting scan-to-BIM workflows for OEM's like Matterport, NavVis, and FARO.

Next week, Tuesday, Feb 17th, we're launching a fully automated scan-to-plan service, BIMIT Plan.

Our ambition has been to create an incredibly magical and technically sound experience: Upload a point cloud → get a floor plan. PDF (live) and CAD (soon).

No human in the loop. Minutes, not days. And....we show you the whole process.

Point cloud processing → segmentation → 3D model generation → 2D floor plan extraction. You see what was detected, what was modeled, and what was missed.

After several thousand scans, we're now making the BIMIT Engine available for a general audience, for free for a limited time.

Our product and machine learning team came up in architecture, engineering, and BIM. We appreciate how we'd never hand a contractor a drawing we couldn't can't defend. Same standard of care applies with BIMIT Plan. But we're the first to admit: it's a fully automated output. So it's still prone to error and omissions.

For early advocates, we're opening it up before the February 17th launch. Our product team would love to hear your use cases and how we can support in getting fast and affordable floor plans, at scale.

First ones in get 2x the free production capacity (.....for life).

For those that want in for a first look, here's a signup link
