Am i approved as TRP+WP or just WP, got request for passport submission.
Hey Alls,
Gots approved for Canada , which is great.
Indian citizen on H1b in USA, stuck on eb2 backlog, with h4 kid etc.
But, my WP got submitted with TRP
(since charged dui -> reduced to dry-reckless) , 0.55 BAC and some THC.
This letter from IRCC to submit passports and a decision made on my TRP.
Heres the verbatim:
This is in reference to your application for a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP). A decision has been made on your application. We require your passport to finalize processing your application.
Passport requirements
. Please provide your passport or travel document, with a copy of this letter.
. There must be at least one blank page in your passport.
. Please note that we cannot issue a TRP counterfoil beyond the expiry date on the passport.
Does this mean I considered inadmissible and let in as TRP or I am considered good to go and let in .
I am hoping for the best.
