Solution - Build App or Website Solving this issue. You will say Naukri, Apna, Indeed & many others portals are there. But Here we will be building surat specific Job portal. You will add lots of Unique option, feature which naukri, apna, indeed dont have. You will do market research for that.

Problem 2 - I notice, people often ask "HOW CAN I MEET NEW PEOPLE IN SURAT"
Solution - Build amazing Surat focused Meeting / Dating or Stranger meeting events app only for Surat first. If its successful then go to national level or city specific. I know You will say dating culture is NOT good in surat or its dead, I agree.
So....Now
You can build Stranger meetup events style business. You must be outrovert with team of 3-4-5 people including 1-2 girls so that other girls can join the event without any issue.
Website + insta, insta, youtube shorts will be enough.

Idea is to add "Build in Public" flair.
Why : Whenver developer / designer or anyone is building something for surat & wanna share thier journey with us they will use that flair.
Benefit : if someone share any random flair then it may look promotion or advertisment. But Build in public will easily help them & help us to identify that he is building something.
I saw on Twitter X & reddit, Linkedin people are doing this.
We can do same for surat.
This will encourage surat people to come up in front & share thier journey & we can see something new, special alll time.
This is actually culture & when you add flair it encourage that.
