Hello everyone, I own a semi detached home in London Ontario. Just found out roof is leaking and needs urgent replacement alongside of plywood that has rotten.

Getting quote of $4k for shingles and estimated $3-4k for plywood as most of them are rotten.

I was wondering what are my options?

Looked for gov programs but not much available. Going to call city of London tmr to see what they can offer.

One of the companies that did inspection said I can finance through financeit. Has anyone dealt with them? Realistically I can pay $4k and can use another 3-6 month to pay another $4k

What should I do? Also trying to catch up on credit card debt so this was quite a blow.
