Amalfi Coast - mini moon
We are going to the Amalfi Coast in August for our mini moon (we are planning 4 nights) but need some help!
Night 1 (Positano) - we arrive midday and have booked a stunning hotel in Positano. Dinner booked in the evening.
Night 2 (Positano) - we have booked a private 4 hour boat tour around Capri.
Advice required! - We are considering either booking to stay in Capri for one night OR just extending the boat tour and stopping for lunch in Capri (should we book lunch at one of the beach clubs or go to Paolino - lemon trees restaurant ?).
Night 3 & Night 4 (Ravello) - we booked 2 nights in Ravello at Villa Piedemonte. We were going to use the pool club at the Belmond hotel one day and then travel to Amalfi to use the beach club at Miramalfi hotel the next day.
Advice required! - Most hotels in Ravello / Amalfi were £3,000 plus for 2 nights. We saw Villa Piedemonte which was much cheaper but the pictures of the view looked incredible, and we thought we won’t be in it that much! However, we have seen a few negative reviews about cleanliness which is massive for us. Not sure what to do at all :( Is Ravello worth it ? Should we cancel Ravello part of trip? Would you recommend anywhere else for 2 nights instead ?
