Advice for a panel mock QBR Interview coming up

Hi! I have an interview coming up (tomorrow) for a final round. I have prepared a deck and have a set of questions I'll be asking the mock client. I've been practicing with Claude where I will speak and Claude will answer as the mock client.

Does anyone have any additional questions I can use to practice off of?

The scenario involves:

  • A B2B SaaS CSM
  • Running a Quarterly Business Review with a mid-sized client (250 employees)
  • The client is up for renewal and the conversation involves a price increase
  • There is an opportunity to upsell an additional module that would replace two competitor tools they currently use
  • The client has expressed some concerns around workflow efficiency, employee engagement, and consolidating their tech stack

I'm doing a lot of prep so anything I should watch out for or curveball questions you've been asked during these would be so so helpful!
