It's Urgent - Please Advice - Renew or Buy a New Policy?

I need this urgent advice, I am 38, actually I had NivaBupa Reassure 2.0 policy that I bought in 2023 from PolicyBazaar, but this year when the renewal was due, I got a info that this year I will not get any discount for the Health Benefit Feature (Step Counts that convert into Points), last year I got 25% Discount, when I contacted PolicyBazaar, they told me no steps synced between Google Fit App and NivaBupa App and they took more than a month to get the reason that why this happened, and now they replied that there is no login on App, but while selling the policy they didn't tell this thing that logging into app is mandatory, now they are not accepting this mistake, and Policy's Grace Period is over, now they are sending emails and calling that they will renew the policy and giving 10% discount to me instead of 30%, I contacted Niva Bupa directly, they told me either Buy a New Policy like ReAssure 3.0 with less premium payment or if I go for renewal of the previous policy that crossed Grace Period, Mediator who sold policy is required, I again don't want to go to policybazaar for renewal instead I want to registered a complaint against them in Irda because I have all the documented proofs, Now, Please tell me what should I do? Renew the Policy or Buy New one with less premium with almost same features. I hope you understand posted matter. Hope to see a reply soon. Thank You.
