Help! Started wrong client rover card.

I’m an idiot and started the wrong client Rover card. I noticed it after 10 minutes and stopped it and started the right one. The clock on the front one is still counting though. I contacted support and they told me to just start a new card at the time of the visit but won’t tell me how to do that. I feel like a dope for doing this. Does anyone know how to start at new card for this client when the time comes? Thank you!

Communication questions

How often do you have absolutely zero communication with your clients? I’m newish and I’m always shocked when owners do not acknowledge you at all. No answers to questions, not acknowledging Rover cards, etc..

I’m doing drop ins now and they are out of town. I’m dropping in 4 times a day and nothing.. Fortunately in regards to my questions, they aren’t critical and I made executive decisions. Maybe I’m over thinking it. In my own experience when I have a sitter for my dogs, I communicate and respond to questions in a timely manner.

Thanks!

Question

I got a request for 2, one hour walks a day, every day, for 3 weeks straight. One of the walks was quite late and I’m not comfortable walking in the dark (I’m a female) in my very large city. I asked if the times scheduled had any wiggle room because the morning walk would also interfere with other clients and I was ghosted.

Will this mess with my ratings? I’m bummed because it would have been good money, but I wouldn’t feel safe that late.

Thank you!

How to…

How do I get rid of pics on my profile from my drop in visits? For the longest time they were just my dogs and I just looked and there are client dogs.. even one of a chewed up shoe I shared with my client so they know what happened to it.
Thanks!

I’m an owner/sitter and I’m using a new sitter right now. They aren’t staying the 30 minutes I paid for. When I do drop ins, I stay 30 minutes. Do I say something now or after this is done? I don’t want to rock the boat, but I paid for 30 minutes.
