I am at my wits end and don't know what to do. I have had barely any breast growth i am maybe an a or b and am tanner 3 and i have been this size since very early on. I dont think I have had any breast changes since my first year?

I was on pills first than switched to injections and im worried it mightve been that but my e2 levels were good.

I have tried prog orally, suppository, and directly on my breasts as a cream.

all the women in my family have quite large chests so it doesn't seem like it is a genetic thing

the only thing I can think of is I had a short period where I was on estrogen for 3 months before I was forcibly stopped and I am afraid that may have stunted my development as i havent really grown much more after i restarted.
