This is going to be very vague, but I’m thinking of spending a few months this fall in one of these countries and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for cities/towns to be based out of.

I’m pretty open and flexible, no real preference between a large city and a small town. I like nature though and having some nearby is a plus(but not required). I also don’t speak the local language in any of these places, so a decent amount of English speakers is also a plus.
