Is fractional flying a career destination?

Does flying for NetJets or any other fractional compare to a major? Are there tradeoffs? I know the schedule is much worse at fractionals, but there is home basing? Would you prioritize where you would want to live over pay, and QOL? What's the flying like for fractionals? I hear some love it and some hate it.

Any NetJets or fractional pilots here?

Thanks,

What's flying for FedEx like?

I have always been curious what a average week is like for a FedEx pilot.

Is the pay superior to the big 3? What are the pilot bases LAX and OAK like? Do junior pilots get assigned to the 757? Do FedEx pilots bid? How much tt would I need to get hired by FedEx?

Thanks for clarifying,

Leave Advanced Air for NetJets, Southwest or Alaska?

Curious if I should go fractional then maybe big 3 or go majors

I live in LA metro but want to move to central coast ca, where NetJets would be better pick due to home basing.

Late 20s & year 5 Captain at Adv Air, flying Dornier 328s, King airs, and PC-12s.

Is living where I want to live worth it for better pay, schedule, benefits, and legs per day?

Heard that NetJets pilots complain about the amount of trips per day. I know SWA has 4 leg days. Seems like NetJets has a better starting pay but has much lower ceiling than other 2.

NJA for QOL?? SWA or AS for career advancement?

I've already applied to all 3 and got interviews for NJA and SWA.

Would like help.

Thanks,

Edit: I got hired by SWA!

United vs FedEx vs NetJets vs Southwest/Alaska

Question:

If you prioritized QOL over anything, but pay still matters and schedule, what would you pick?

Context:

I'm 27 and a PIC at JSX, flew for SkyWest, WheelsUP, and Advanced Air. All of these airlines have bases up in northern California where I am located, so no commuting. I heard the FedEx OAK base is highly senior. I know that these options are extremely different flying. I figure NetJets is best QOL? UAL and FedEx best pay. Southwest and Alaska better QOL than FedEx and United? I figure I would get hired by all of them with my experience? Is QOL at NetJets worth the low pay and career advancement ceiling?

My hours: TT: 3,650 | ME: 1930| Turbine: 1770. Need help deciding where to go to.

Would like some help and it would be great to have some insider info to help build my picture.
Thanks!
