My pitch
Hi guys,
I’m a finance professional, now working with one of the biggest retail financer in ID.
Worked with the orange commerce’s bank in Singapore overseeing ID and PH.
I came across a founder who introduced me to a VC.
Told me I should start my own with VC on its back.
Here’s the problem I see:
ID (and globally) has a housing problem.
Most Gen Z and millenials won’t be able to afford their own housing even without being a sandwich.
My take:
What if the annual rent fee to the landlord is covered and tenants can pay monthly with a way smaller interest as compared to KTA from banks or Pinjols.
Will this help people especially in ID? Lemme know ur thoughts.
