Help with Footrest Adjustments?

I just got my first new custom chair, which I ordered directly from a website. It's absolutely perfect and fits like it was made just for me (which it was)!

I've only ever owned secondhand chairs and I'm a hemi so I never had what I needed before.

That being said, because I'm so low to the ground, my footplate is nearly dragging the ground. And honestly I could use that extra inch for my legs as I do like my knees too be a bit higher when I'm sitting if possible.

The worst part is when it's folded, it's touching the ground. I'm so afraid it's going to get damaged (or damage my flooring).

I've attempted to adjust myself but I'm not seeing how. I've never had a footplate that I couldn't adjust. This one looks like it's just held by a screw but then it has some kind of plastic disk before it goes into the tube.

I'm also worried my local medical stores may not know either.

Has anyone had any experience with this kind of footplate? My wheelchair is a Quickie Qs5.

Any advice would be so very helpful!
