Parakeet Food/Chop

Hello, I am a first time bird mom to 2 parakeets. I've had them both for almost a year and I switch my bird food all the time. Basically my questions are, what's the best bird food for parakeets/gcc and what's the best chop ingredients that all three birds can eat?

When I bought my first baby, they made me buy a bag of seeds and millet. I was just feeding her that until I took her to the vet for her first well visit where I learned they needed more than JUST seeds. I bought pellets from the vet that day and mixed them in. I let my birds free feed so I'm honestly not sure how much of the pellets they are even eating. There always seems to be a ton in there still, but I can't tell if I just mixed too many in or not.

Same thing when I bought my second baby, different place and they made me buy a just seed mix, too. So I combined the 2 bags of seeds plus the vet pellets. Once they finished those up I started looking for better brands. I've since used Dr. Harvey's seed mix, Zupreem Sensible Seed, and Zupreem select blend.

My female parakeet seems to be having some abnormal droppings from the Zupreem Sensible seed which is what I just recently switched to. However, she is molting and I did switch their food cold turkey, I have since realized you shouldn't do that.

My other thing is chop, right now my birds do not have a chop. I have offered them veggies and eggs before but only ever whole or sliced. I'm about to get a green cheek conure soon as well, so I'm really looking to not have to make two different chops. Are there veggies that gcc and parakeets both can eat?

Thanks in advance for your responses! All advice is welcome! (P.s. I'm actively trying to be a better bird parent, if there is something I'm doing wrong it is NOT on purpose to hurt my babies. I love them to literal death.❤️)
